Nf bapak
It was a middle-of-the-road sake, neither modern nor classic, with a refreshingly tasty acidity, an alty feeling that lingers in the throat, and a hint of bitterness that was easy to drink without being particularly unpleasant.
The brewer, Takeuchi Sake Brewery, went out of business last year, and there are only a few bottles left at regular prices and at some stores at the same price as a knockdown sale.
I am not a local, so I don't know, but there was a dispute with an employee over non-payment of wages, and there was talk of selling itself to a foreign capital company. I think it's a shame that we can't drink it anymore, as it was the first stop on our Tokaido Sake brewery tour last spring.

Nf bapak, good evening 🦉.
It's a precious sake that we can't see nowadays 🥹It seems that what you said really happened... It's a pity that the warehouse is gone and we can't drink it anymore 🥺.
