The taste is not too sweet and refreshing for a sake. It has a good balance of sweetness and umami.
Also, I drank it with Masu only on New Year's Eve and was surprised by the wonderful youthful aroma of wood 🫢.
I will drink it with Masu from time to time 🍶.
