It has a sharpness that keeps you going. We enjoyed it with yellowtail stewed with ginger, which went well with it. The label reads, "A gorgeous, youthful aroma rises to the surface, and a burst of flavor spreads across the palate. It is indeed a soft and easy-to-drink sake with a soft mouthfeel.
