I finally opened a bottle of Yonotori that had been sitting in the back of the fridge. By the way, when I got Colors at a certain liquor store the other day, I was told not to post it on SNS. I was told not to post information about the store or anything like that on social media.
The aroma is intense citrus and muscat aroma. As expected of a directly pumped wine, there was still a strong sense of gas, even though I bought it a year ago.
The sweetness is strong, but the acidity is even stronger. If the acidity is strong, it can be served with rice.
The acidity lasts until the end, with a lingering sweetness.
I used to see Yonotori frequently at liquor stores when I was a Corona disaster, but I almost always passed it up, and I want to say "Baka Yaro" to myself back then! It's so delicious!
