Kamikigen's Sake Wachi. Hard to type in the brand name 😂.
Bought it for the gassy feeling from the fermentation in the bottle.
It is not as gassy as the name suggests, almost like a normal nigori sake. I wonder if the storage conditions were bad...
It has a refreshing taste. The umami is restrained for a Kamikigen, and it is refreshing and easy to drink without getting tired.
It is a junmai ginjo, so it has a refined taste.
It didn't have the gassiness I was looking for, but it was reasonably priced and I am satisfied with it 😄.
