I opened the bottle because it had been a while since I was able to drink with sake friends.
This is my first sake with a cork! I chilled it in the freezer for a while and opened the bottle. It opened without spilling.
The bubbles keep coming out like champagne.
The acidity is felt and the umami spreads with the carbonation.
I couldn't keep up with my vocabulary any longer, and my friends and I just kept saying it was delicious and kept drinking it.
