I was curious about this sake because a liquor store near me was introducing it as a new product ð
.
I immediately went to see it and bought it.
It's from Kanagawa Prefecture!
The second oldest sake yeast in the world, discovered in the Meiji era.
Miraculously, a fantastic yeast that was discovered in 1909 but never used for sake brewing has made a comeback!
We are committed to creating a taste that cannot be produced with modern mainstream yeast. The bottle is thick and full like a wine bottle.
The bottle was a fat, full wine-like bottle.
They said it was to be served in a wine glass.
It is sweet, but not sake-like.
It's a sweet white wine. It's a sake that goes well with wine snacks... A good ham, salami...meaty food would be good... It's delicious!
Holy shit, that's a gap from pine midori!
