Kaze no Mori露葉風 807 笊籬採り
宝田
9.2
The fruity taste is not as strong as it should be, but the umami and sweetness of the rice spread strongly. The final taste is crisp and watery, but the bitterness and other complex flavors are also strongly felt toward the end. (This seems to be a characteristic of the low polish and the dewy leaf style.)
