The second kind of [glasses only] that I wanted to meet. 7 breweries collaborated to make this brand, so I was so happy that I couldn't see the other brands of sake 😱.
I think it is a dry and sharp sake. It will go well with tonight's eel skewers 😋.
Tonight we plan to go around this neighborhood...and visit stores that we have never used or have sake at on our event tickets, so we will leave the first shop around here and head to the second one.
