Here's the second bottle of Shinsei to finish off
I've never even had the regular Cosmos here, so it's nice to meet you ✨.
It's still hard to remember the taste only in fragments 😭.
It was definitely delicious and the balance of sweetness, umami and sourness goes without saying 🤔 I think the gasiness was just right and the umami was a bit stronger
