This brewery has inherited the skills of the Nanbu Toji, one of Japan's three great toji groups, and uses spring water from the same vein as the Omoido water of the Oho Shrine in the city for brewing sake.

Beautiful, full-bodied, sweet and fruity. This is my favorite.
The president of Ehime's Hanaheizakura came to this booth to drink Urasato, and like the Shikoku sake event, he was dressed like Junrei. I wonder if Ehime Sake Brewers Association unifies Junrei-style uniforms at their events.
