The impression is calm, but there is a freshness in it.
Although it is a pure sake, it is quite light and smooth.
The aftertaste is not persistent and disappears easily.
It has a gentle umami of rice. There is a slight graininess.
It is perfect for summer and other hot weather.
Probably not suitable for heating up.
Sake that should be drunk chilled.
