This is a limited first lot of Origarami nama sake. In the past, the product was named "Early Winter Edition" and was made with the image of the season just entering winter.
Black" has a firm spiciness, while "White" has a banana aroma, soft acidity, gentle sweetness, and the rich umami of Junmai.
The owner of the sake shop says, "It's hard to find sake of this level at this price (2,400 yen). In the past, there were times when we couldn't recommend the first lot (origarami), but recently it's been consistently good. It's very cosy. That's how he described it.
It's as delicious as its reputation. It is going to run out soon.
