I used to drink No. 6, which had a unique taste, and had somehow avoided Shinmasa. According to the owner, No. 6 is a bad sake if it is not drunk immediately after opening the bottle. If it is not stored properly, it tastes bad. I thought so, and the cosmos was indeed delicious. Overall, it has a refreshing, or rather, sharpened coolness, and is full of concentrated flavor and sweetness. The flavor profile is clear and crisp. I could understand why it is so hard to find.
