GokyoGO TO DRINK GOKYO
きゅうり
Due to the corona, there was more sake left in the brewery's tank than usual, so they blended a Junmai Daiginjo with a regular Junmai Ginjo to make a Junmai Ginjo that was one rank higher than the usual Junmai Ginjo in order to free up the tank for new sake.
The taste is as good as you'd expect from "Gotohashi". The fruity taste that goes through the nose is pleasant. And if you keep it in the fridge for three days after opening the bottle, it tastes even mellower.
And yet, it's 1,100 yen for a four-pack. That's a great costumer!
The liquor store where I bought it says the brewer is yakuza (lol).
The label pops and catches your eye.
