This is a limited Hanpukai sake (2) that was given to me by my boss at work. The right side of the picture.
This is not the limited edition sake from Tasake mentioned above, but from Kinryo in Kagawa Prefecture.
Therefore, the name is also Udon Ocean.
The label is fashionable, with an image of Kagawa Prefecture's textiles.
The sake itself is slightly yellowish and has a fruity and refreshing taste in the mouth.
Tazake is usually served with Western food such as French cuisine, but this sake seems to go well with light Japanese food.
