I've been slacking on posting lately.
In addition, I've been having some sort of trouble following you all since the update ➖.
I got this sake at a liquor store in Kushiro at the end of last year!
It is fresh and graceful.
It has a mild acidity, which is a fruity sensation. ‼️
There is a hint of bitterness and a perfect balance of rich sweetness.
You can feel the umami taste slowly and you will be happy for a long time.
It is a little expensive, but I am glad I bought it. ❣️
