We had a lot of drinks at the office on Monday and Tuesday, so today we settled down and had a drink at home. It's Sono-Sangiku's Denshogiku. It has a gorgeousness that makes it intuitively delicious👍. I'm not sure what to make of it. With a hint of bitterness, you can feel the range that can be matched with meals. You will find yourself drinking more and more👍. I'm sure you'll agree that all of the sake from the Sono-Sangiku brewery is delicious. I was given potatoes, onions, and pumpkins from Hokkaido by my senior at work, so I cooked them into pot-au-feu and pumpkin stew. It's good for pot-au-feu, but it's not so good for simple stewed pumpkin. It goes better with sake.
