When I posted about drinking a regular junmai ginjo that was not hiyaoroshi before, I wrote that it was a sake with a strange sensation using hana-yeast 🌼. How is it different from or the same as the sensation I had then? It would be interesting to know. Now, let's drink it! The aroma doesn't stand out that much. It is certainly different from a typical fruity sake, but it is not that mysterious. It's fruity, but it's not like pear, banana, or grape. Maybe it is strange in that sense💦. I'll taste a little more!
