I got it at the 12th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower and had it at home with grilled seseri, kinpira lotus root, and bean sprout namul. （I had it at home with grilled seseri, kinpira lotus root, and bean sprouts namul.)
I was told that it is recommended to be heated, so I drank it at room temperature and compared the two.
When heated, the aroma, acidity, and complex flavors that I didn't notice at room temperature spread in my mouth. It also had a pleasant sweetness that lingered in the mouth after drinking.
