Yoshi
This is my first Houou Mita.
This was another brand I wanted to try as soon as I got hooked on sake!
Fortunately, a liquor store near my office was carrying it, so I made the long-awaited choice.
When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, I could smell the ginjo aroma.
The taste is clean and smooth, with a touch of sweetness on the tip of the tongue, followed by a soft acidity, and the umami of the rice. The refreshing feeling makes you drink too fast, and before you know it, you have consumed half of the bottle. Sushi and sashimi go perfectly with this wine.
