Aizuchujo純米吟醸 夢の香
rin
The aroma is slightly sour, with a hint of Japanese pear.
In the mouth, there is a bitter acidity and the umami of the rice slowly spreads. In the second half, there is a lingering umami flavor, but it disappears crisply.
It was a delicious sake with a good balance of umami and dryness that calmed down the full flavor with the sharpness in the latter half.
