Today is the entrance ceremony for my 6-year-old son. I am deeply moved by the fact that he was so small. I decided to make No. 6, X-type, tonight, because of the combination of the age of 6 and the unknown possibility of X.
The standing aroma is modest but noble grapefruit. The taste is complex, but you can't feel it, and it goes down your throat like a clear stream. If it were not for the slight acidity that lingers on the palate, one would almost forget that it is sake.
It is a perfect sake for a long talk about memories without getting tired of drinking it. It is a good sake.
