The second stage of limited edition sake.
As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma of rice. It has sweetness, a little sourness, and a little bitterness. It is surprisingly sharp. This good balance is typical of Tasake. It's delicious! Compared to the previous Reimei rice, I felt less sweetness overall. The fruity Hassen and the easy drinking Toyoupai were a limited sake set that clearly showed the differences between the breweries. We have high expectations for next month's limited sake set of Toyoupai rice.
