Slightly fruity aroma
Description
New rice "Gohyakumangoku" just harvested in the fall is slowly brewed at low temperature, and the pressed sake is bottled without any heat treatment to preserve the flavor and aroma of the brewery. This new sake has a muscat-like aroma and a tangy, gassy taste with a hint of rice flavor.
