I received it as a parting gift from my workplace and use it for my daily evening drink.
It is spicy for a Fukushima sake, with a clean aftertaste and a hint of sweetness.
When kept cold, it is only spicy and tasteless, but when the temperature is brought back to around 15℃, it has a happy aftertaste, as expected of a famous sake from Fukushima.
It was a shame that it took so long to find a good way to drink it.
