Immediately after opening the bottle, the palate is soft and clear with the sweetness and umami of rice. The lingering taste is also crisp with no cloying taste.
After the second day, the palate tastes of grape🍇 plus a light rummy flavor. There have been many sakes with fruit nuances, but this is the first time I have felt it so clearly and I was surprised 🫢.
The drink was very pleasant to drink. I especially like it snow cold a couple of days after opening the bottle.
