This is one of the sake produced by this group.
The actual sake was purchased at a store in Gyoenza.
It is not on the brewery's website, so distribution may be limited.
There were labels for other zodiac signs, though,
But since it is the year of the dragon, and we are also thinking of the Dragons
I chose the dragon.
It has a pineapple-like aroma.
Slightly sweet and very smooth.
Very easy to drink.
It exceeded my expectations.
