とらFirst, the sourness. Recently I have been drinking only muddy sake with strong sweetness, so I felt it was quite sour. The sourness is followed by sweetness, and there is a lot of rice flavor. The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, but it is quite strong. If you drink only the supernatant without mixing, the rice flavor is less, but it is clear and good.
