I returned from a trip to Hokkaido and drank at home for the evening 🍶.
After drinking Kaze no Mori in Hokkaido, I remembered that I had a bottle of it at home and decided to drink it immediately.
More than half a year has passed since I bought it.... I wonder if I should have drunk it sooner since it is a draft sake ❓️🤔
And the sake is so delicious that it blows those worries away. It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness. The alcohol content is low and not heavy. The Akitsuho from Uda, Nara is polished to 22% and is clear with no cloying taste. A bit surprisingly good😍.
