Amto Liquor Store Tasting and Sales Event (11)
It looks like this was another tasting sample from the liquor store.
Takayuu Junmai Ginjyo Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama-narashu.
It seems to be made from Yamadanishiki and Tamaei, and the acidity is not too bad.
The Takayuu I drank before was not so good, as if they forgot the umami somewhere, but this time it was delicious.
