The second bottle came out at a coworker's house❗
It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Yonekaku! It had been opened, but it was fresh but a bit settled, with plenty of Yonesuru-like umami 😋.
I see on the back label that it goes well with: salmon roe marinated in soy sauce, grilled shrimp with salt, oyster pot, octopus wasabi, marinated scallop shell, shrimp shumai!
It certainly goes well with BBQ grilled shrimp 😋.
But the dishes that go well with it are quite limited 😲I wonder if the creator tried to match them in various ways: ⁉️
If so, you are very stoic! I can feel the drive to really make the drink 😌.
