I think this is the fourth time I have tried it again, and it is still delicious.
Although it is Yamahai, it is soft and mild, with sweet, sour, bitter, umami, and a complexity that could be taken as miscellaneous tastes, but it blends well with meals and wears off easily while still having a solid alcohol taste.
It is a very complex sake that you will never get tired of.
