It's Amabuki... I heard that it can be heated or chilled at a liquor store, and this is it... seriously?
Anyway, I'll have it cold!
The aroma is already strawberry! So much strawberry!
The taste is mainly sourness... the aroma of strawberry comes in a flash, then sourness, and later a little sweetness with a strawberry taste.
And the alcohol content is 16%, so you feel like you've had a drink.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes a little stronger, and the strawberry taste increases.
I think I'll try heating it up later!
