The aroma is quite unique. I don't know where it comes from, but it has a peppery aroma that I didn't detect the last time I drank it. There is also a slight acetic acidity, and the aroma is that of vinegar and pepper used in dumplings. It actually tastes like that, but it also has a cute fruity note.
A very strange finish. Historically, there may be some negative nuances, but it's just plain delicious. If it tastes good, it's good.
