Purchased at a liquor store near my parents' house.
It was recommended to me by the owner of the liquor store as an evening drink during my trip home for the Bon Festival, so I bought it immediately.
At first I thought it might be an aperitif because of its weak carbonation and strong sweetness, but it became more umami and acidic than sweet and turned into a mealtime sake that goes well with salted squid and sashimi. It is a strange sake that is suitable for salted squid and sashimi. According to the owner of the sake shop, this sake was made by a young master brewer. It is an interesting sake with both sweet and spicy flavors, and since it is a rare brand, I will repeat my purchase the next time I see it.
