At Tenya-cho Gotoh in Hakata, Japan. Made from 100% "Yamadanishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture. It is aged so long that the brewer does not remember it, and then laid down for another two years. Warmed to lukewarm. Very rich and full-bodied. Sour. Bittersweet. Production date: October 2022
