White Day gift.
This is the first time for me to drink Tazake, Junmai Daiginjo.
Most of the ones in the store are special junmai.
It has a soft, fruity sweetness and a smooth finish, with a bitter aftertaste that makes you reach for another glass.
Paired with raw oysters, it was the best of both worlds. The boost of sweetness, amazing.
The medium fatty tuna, on the other hand, had less sweetness and more umami and bitterness.
