This is a special pure rice with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. The aroma in the glass is weak, but in the mouth it has a fruity aroma like a mixture of melon and banana. Light sweetness and fruity freshness. There is a slight carbonation, but the acidity is weak and is pulled off by a light astringency. Fruity and delicious, but could use a little more acidity.
