This is the second stage of limited edition sake.
After opening the bottle, it has a fruity aroma, but the aroma is weaker than the previous Reimei or the usual Hasen. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, then the sourness, and finally the bitterness. Compared to the last Reimei, it is less sweet and more chic. It's more suitable for drinking during meals. It is less fruity than the usual Hasen, and more mature. It's good in this way. I'm looking forward to comparing it with the other sake, Tasake and Toyopai.
