Junmai Daiginjo's sleek and fruity aroma with the gusto and gasiness of unfiltered raw sake!
Of course, it's sweet and I'm not a big fan of sweetness, but it's delicious!
I think it has a good sharpness.
I tried heating it up to try it out, but I think it's best served cold (the taste doesn't change much and the sweetness is more noticeable).
I guess the amino acidity and acidity are two different parameters?
The alcohol content is 16.4%, not too high and not too low.
As I am of the overwhelmingly light and dry style, I would not repeat this sake, but I can easily recommend it as a modern and easy-to-drink sake.
I remember the price was about 1800 yen (not cheap, but cheap).
