Aged two years, I was drawn to the sweet taste, so I drank it.
I had to try it.
I was told it was not amadare (sweetness doesn't get stuck in the throat)
Great sweetness, great sharpness.
It was gone in no time!
I went to listen to the unusual aroma later and was told that this is an aged aroma!
Now that I think about it, many other sakes have this kind of aroma...,
I don't like the aroma, I want to try this sake when it's young! Nice sake!
