I've never been a fan of kudoki. This one is amazing. The yeast was carefully cultivated from the sake mother. The yeast is carefully nurtured from the sake mother, and it is very Jundaigin-like. The theme is "quality of sweetness", and it is true. It has a high quality sweetness that is not limited to just a rich sweet taste. It is similar to the sweetness of Murasuke or Jyushiro's Wasanbon sugar. It's amazing that they can bring out this sweetness so well while retaining the sharpness that is typical of Kudoki. I have found a good sake.

Hello. I have drunk Kudokukidake unsociable and it was elegantly sweet. 👍
I would like to try Jr.'s Fushigi-chan too. Yamagata is full of beautiful sake 😆.
