Hozu is a representative variety of Higo rice, which was called the best rice in the world during the Edo period (1603-1868). This product was revived in the modern age, grown without fertilizers and pesticides, and brewed using the "nama-hashiroshi" method. The four icons on the back label shine brightly. We were told that this is the last shipment for this season, and we are happy to welcome it~!
