The aroma is gorgeous. It is fresh.
The balance is good, but it is a bit sour due to the fact that it is a summer sake. The bitterness is also present, and it has a nice sharpness.
I think the alcohol content is good for a summer sake.
It is very easy to drink.
It is orikarami, but the orikari is only a little.
My impression is that it is a beautiful sake. It has no habits and is easy to drink. It is a typical summer sake.
However, I personally wish it had one more feature.
It's still delicious enough though😅.
