It is said to be a doburoku made at a guest house called Toono in Iwate Prefecture.
Active raw.
It is very effervescent, and just a little twisting of the lid caused the bubbles to swirl and bubbles to stop.
So I transferred it to a cup as soon as I emptied it and closed it immediately.
There was almost no sweetness, just a nice freshness from the fizz and a tight acidity!
It was like drinking doburoku at a doburoku brewery! It's like drinking doburoku at a doburoku brewery! Delicious!
The alcohol content is light at 9 degrees.
