yuki
It has been a while since I last saw Houou Mita.
It uses rice called "Yume Sarara" grown with water from Nikko.
It has a nice aroma, but it is more alcohole than the impression of the aroma. Maybe it is because the alcohol content is high at 16 to 17 degrees Celsius.
It is refreshingly spicy with sweetness and acidity. It has a thickening effect, but it is light.
The next day. The aroma is mild and banana-like, and the taste is mellow.
