I ran out of sake, so I went to the Kadoya Sake Shop. After having a hard time deciding between Abukuma and Senkou, I found a bottle of Senkou on tap for 3,001 yen. I had had it last year, but it wasn't on draft, so I regretted it a little. I enjoyed it with my favorite Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) and oysters grilled in butter and soy sauce. 14% alcohol by volume makes it easy to drink, and the fruity aroma and mouth-watering flavor are very pleasant. It has a fruity aroma and a juicy pear-like taste in the mouth. It has a clean and refreshing aftertaste that leaves only a delicious aftertaste. This sake is recommended for beginners.
