It is a dry and robust sake, typical of Nada junmai sake.
The brewery is located in the city of Himeji and has a beautiful direct sales store with a wide variety of sake.
I drank it cold and enjoyed the second glass a little lukewarm to enjoy its plump and spreading flavor.
