The spring sake army has settled down, so I opened another bottle today. This is the 6th round of the same Honjozo, so I'll spare you my impressions: 🙂↕️
It has a strong, full flavor like Awamori and Shochu, and a punchy spiciness and acidity!
I heard that the production system will be changed in the future, but I look forward to seeing the reborn "Reimei" sometime in the future👍.
